    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I was actually in the process of saying that if my colleagues have issues with what I have said, that is, two blocks at foundation level wal ing and three blocks whose foundation and excavation has been done, I am volunteering to go on the ground. Of course, I am sure that since the time they last visited the place and now, there is progress because the contractor is already on the ground. I want them to know that there is actually progress and the completion of this contract is of paramount importance. We want to be in a position to house prison officers as expeditiously as we can."
