    "content": "Speaker, Sir, I rise on a point of order on the issue of Parliamentary parties in this House. I am seeking a ruling from the Speaker of the House. When we tried to canvass this matter last week in the retreat of Parliamentarians, we were directed that this would be the proper place to raise the matter. In seeking the Speaker's ruling on this matter, I would like to re-state the fact that the Party of National Unity (PNU) coalition consists of almost half the number of Members of Parliament as was witnessed during the election of the Speaker. One of the PNU factions has since converted into a political party."
