    "content": "There was a question about judges who had been appointed earlier. The Attorney-General is a member of the Judicial Service Commission. I am not. I am not able to give details of why judges were not appointed. But Parliament should acquaint itself with the Constitution. The President is the appointing authority and the Judicial Service Commission merely recommends. So, there may be cases where the President, for good reasons, may return the names to the Judicial Service Commission for further consideration."
