Every Kenyan is a potential diplomat of the Republic of Kenya. We are all potential diplomats in the sense that as we act culturally; as we engage in cultural, economic, military, parliamentary and political diplomacy, which is still relevant--- We are not trying to shirk completely parliamentary diplomacy because it will still play a fundamental role."
