The Minister should very soon be telling us why the National Cohesion and Integration Act has not been implemented or he has not started the process of implementing it. We will, therefore, be calling on the Minister very soon to tell us, for instance, that in the recent recruitment of police officers, why in Nyanza, there were only 60 out of over 3,600 because that perpetuates the issue of marginalisation and it is against the National Cohesion and Integration Act. So, it is no longer dependent on charity; it is a law."
