    "content": "The creation of the Ministry of Development of Northern Kenya and other Arid Areas becomes a big joke when we do not fund it. We appreciate the Government's effort in creating that Ministry, but the Kshs400 million that has been allocated to it in the current financial year is what the Kenya Army uses for training at Archers Post. So, we need proper funding for that Ministry in order for this dream development to be realised."
