    "content": "I took time to go through the Report of the Committee and I noticed that there is some sense of pride in the fact that the Budget is bigger and that there is an increase in revenues collected. Revenues have gone up because of an increase in income tax, Value Added Tax (VAT), Excise Duty collections, and the introduction of new taxes like the Housing Levy."
