    "content": "We allocated Ksh52 billion for Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) to improve quality of education for diploma students who have enrolled in those institutions to better their lives through handcraft skills. This will also ensure that every part of this country has a TVET institution. Old people too can enrol in TVETs and acquire skills to do things."
