    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I do appreciate the intervention by the Minister of State for Planning, National Development and Vision 2030 regarding the absence of the Minister for Foreign Affairs. We are all aware that he is out of the country, but the Ministry has an Assistant Minister and the matter I have raised is of concern to this country because it happened a few months ago. So, there is need for the Chair to direct that the Assistant Minister be available in the House to answer this Question in the absence of the Minister, or any other Minister for that matter, including the Minister of State for Planning, National Development and Vision 2030."
