    "content": "We have one national training centre located at Karuri, Kiambu District. The initial purpose was to train lower cadre professionals in the health profession. So, they were never meant to graduate into MTCs. The suggestion given by the hon. Member is worth considering. However, for this particular one, we want it to continue providing in-service training for lower cadre medical personnel."
