I dream and hope to live to see a country where a youth can apply for a job online and because of their academic excellence, they defeat the son of Dr. Khalwale whom they beat at the university, even when Dr. Khalwale is the Senator for Kakamega, and they get a job ahead of mine. I say that with equal appliance to children of Senators in this House today. The same should apply to all Cabinet Secretaries and even the President.
