    "content": "there is need to have our own East Africa treaty on fisheries. Lake Victoria is a shared resource that we have, but we have cases of many of our fishermen being arrested on the Ugandan side. There are also outstanding issues about the Migingo Island. We should have an agreement between Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and other nations that use Lake Victoria water. That is something that we will take up as a Committee with the relevant State department. I do not want to repeat myself. I beg to reply."
