    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, if I am not wrong, there are 33 oil companies. For only two companies to hold the Government to ransom is unfortunate. I want the Assistant Minister to clarify the following issues: In his response he has said that the Government does not award tenders. The three companies involved that is Kenya Petroleum Refineries Limited(KPRL), Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) and Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) are 100 per cent owned by the Government and they are also strategic companies. So, when you say that the Government does not award tenders, has the Government sold its interest in these companies to other people?"
