However, why are we buying only one million bags of maize when Kenyan farmers have done a good job and we expect to get 29 million bags? Why is the Ministry not buying adequate maize from the farmers given that our projected SGR is over eight million bags, but we are only buying 333,000 bags for the SGR?"
