Mr. Speaker, Sir, would I be in order that in the event the Assistant Minister has said that he does not have the court order, to defer this matter until such a time that he comes up with that court order so that we can interrogate him further? This is a deliberate excuse by the Ministry to continue dealing with this company which is defrauding the Government."
