I will vote for the Turkana, Kikuyu, Kalenjin and all other tribes of this country who are hungry today. I will vote to wipe the tears from their eyes. I am very sure that those of them who have had the opportunity of watching these proceedings are now crying, because of the way we are conducting ourselves in this House."
