Even if the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Lands and Natural Resources is investigating, the hon. Dr. Khalwale has the right to bring a Motion just like any other Member. The fact that it is being investigated cannot stop Parliament from going on. Let us get serious! Even if we want to support a person, support them in a way that can be convincing."
