    "content": "There is also about Ksh7.5 billion for confirmation of intern teachers. On this, we must ensure that it is done equitably. This is one of the three policy issues that underlie our budget- making process. It will ensure that the distribution of the opportunity to have teachers is extended to people in far-flung areas, and those who historically have not had similar numbers extended to them can also have proper TSC teachers.
