    "content": "The Treaty Making and Ratification Act, Cap.4D operationalises Article 2(6) of our Constitution and defines a treaty as any international agreement concluded between States and governed by international law, whether it is a single instrument or multiple instruments. In this regard, it is only upon ratification by the National Assembly that the treaties and conventions become part of our laws."
