Yes, although it is not entirely the reason for that. Has Government lost credibility because of this happening? Yes, indeed. Have we lost the income because some people who have made money have not paid their taxes through the maize trading? Yes, that has been the case. Have there been inconsistencies in the way those things have been explained from the offices of the Ministry? Yes, there have been serious inconsistencies. Therefore, there are many reasons that would lead hon. Members to ask these kind of questions."
