    "content": "Hon. Members, as we go to voting, people have been extremely Biblical this afternoon. It is not too late for us to make up our mind, so that we vote on this Motion of welfare, for the welfare of the starving Kenyans. It takes around seven days for somebody to starve to death. I am wondering, since these people who were starving were reported over several months ago, how many of them are still alive. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as evidenced by the behaviour of some of the contributors, corruption is, indeed, very difficult to fight. Corruption is so difficult to fight that--- I did not want to say it, but Dr. Eseli has prompted me to; he talked of threats."
