    "content": "(a) The most common learning disability disorders affecting most children in Kenya are hearing impairment, visual impairment, intellectual or mental retardation, physical deformity, failure to recognise letters, numbers and words, which brings about reading problems, popularly known as dyslexia, lack of comprehension, behavioral and social disorders and autism. Educational institutions have taken the following measures to identify and manage students with learning disabilities."
