Those are the physical disabilities! Others may be as a result of abuse, in which case they are preventable situations. But the most serious one is the one which is caused by Lead poisoning, and exhibit hyperactivity and, indeed, have those typical symptomology, which gives a false picture that they are children who have a short attention span. Therefore, one has got to learn to separate the two categories of those who have physical disabilities as a result of either autosomal problems, which are called biological causes, and those that are hereditary, which are then traced to the family history."
