    "content": "From my professional point of view, 70 per cent are treatable conditions. These are the particular cases we need to identify and be able to diagnose their conditions. If we can assign a cost-effect relationship, these are cases in which we can tone down the treatment to a manageable level. Therefore, they can go under normal studies, instead of exhibiting this hypertonic situations. These are manageable situations. I promise the hon. Member that, once the results of the survey are out, we shall be able to share them with this House. It is in our interest. Come 2015, we want to have education for all. Even this category of children with special needs will be catered for."
