    "content": "The allocation to agriculture is very encouraging. When farmers were given subsidised fertilisers, the production of maize tripled across the country. Farmers have been encouraged to produce, but the market prices are very low. There is a need to allocate more resources to the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) to purchase a 90-kilogramme bag of maize at Ksh5,000."
