"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, hon. Members may wish to note that the GTV, Kenya Office was originally incorporated on 11th September, 2006, as Jiliwa Limited. With the sanction of a special resolution of the said company and with the approval of the Registrar of Companies, it changed its name to GTV Kenya Limited on 11th October, 2006. The company has given the names of Julian Alexander Mcintyre and Peter Emmanuel as its directors. The company's offices were located at Riverside Drive, Riverside Green, Block One, in Nairobi. The company applied for and received a VISAT licence from the Communications Commissions of Kenya (CCK) on 3rd September, 2007."
