    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for the opportunity. I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53(1) to seek a statement from the Standing Committee on Health on a matter of national concern regarding the status of insurance coverage for hospital assets countrywide, particularly those within Migori County. Specifically, the committee should address the following- (1) Give a comprehensive overview of the insurance coverage for assets belonging to all hospitals countrywide with a specific focus, of course, on Migori County. (2) Give detailed information on the budgetary allocation made by the County Executive of Migori for the insurance of hospital assets in the financial year 2023/2024. (3) Give a categorised breakdown of each hospital asset, its respective insurer and the corresponding financial commitment.
