This is a sad story of a case in which farmers were defrauded of over Kshs3 billion. This is the story. The Pyrethrum Board of Kenya (PBK) started its operations as early as 1928 and through time, Kenya became number one in pyrethrum production. No other country in the world could even think of coming close to Kenya. We were producing 70 per cent of pyrethrum."
