    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the declining production against increasing demand caused a lot of problems in that sector. Those major customers pulled out of the market. It is easy to understand this matter if you look at it very closely. The USA market, unlike our market, is based on specific contracts. If you say that you are going to produce so many tonnes of pyrethrum, then you must produce that and make it available to the market if and when required. You cannot change that. So, when production declines, you find yourself in a situation where you have complications with organic products."
