    "content": "I want to say that upon the formation of the NARC Government, a wonderful party that had dislodged KANU from power, the Minister for Agriculture appointed this wonderful lady, Mrs. Sego, to come and deal with the Pyrethrum Board of Kenya. Being very gender sensitive, I want to say that, that was the time when Kshs3 billion melted down, and the farmers have not been paid. I hear that His Excellency, Mr. Kibaki and the Right Hon. Prime Minister, Mr. Raila, have now fished out Mr. Kirwa and given him another position somewhere else, leaving out young and able Kenyans who can perform these duties."
