    "content": "If you look at the kind of communication that we have had from the Ministry, including answers to Parliamentary Questions, they give a very interesting picture. For instance, when the President came and said that there would be a rescue plan for the farmers and Kshs800 million was released, over Kshs3 billion was released to the coffee farmers and others. The truth is that the money was converted to a loan. That means that you are getting a loan that you never applied for. The Government announced it as a grant and all farmers were given the money, but it is being demanded back. What can be more unfair than this?"
