"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to persuade this House that at the earliest opportunity and at the end of this debate, to recommend and concur with this Committee that somebody should be picked up tomorrow morning and interrogated with regard to the loss of Kshs3.024 billion. Why are we so busy sacking 348 police officers, yet they were alleged to have reported late for duty or some US$20 disappeared or some little petty things are happening! At the same time, we are so busy glorifying and promoting people who have stolen Kshs3 billion in broad daylight. These people are from the Ministry of Agriculture. Why are we doing this? What justice is there?"
