That is why I seek your indulgence when I say, with a lot of respect to our colleagues and seniors; the Ministers, that they are in deep slumber if they cannot see that the land owned by the PBK is just next door. They have put 14,000 to 15,000 people in tents at the slums next door. Then you wonder, look at this Government and query: \"Is it in control? Is it privy to the fact that even that land is Government land?\" It is peoples' land. Why can you not move those people? They are there on a temporary basis. They should be allowed to grow potatoes this season in the 850 acres. Again, they say that, that matter is under discussion."
