I beg to move- THAT, Clause 17 of the Bill be amended— (a) in paragraph (a) by deleting the words “public officers” and substituting therefor the words “any person”; (b) in paragraph (b) by deleting the words “public officers” and substituting therefor the words “any person”; (c) by deleting paragraph (c). The particular reservation on this Clause was to ensure that there is provision on maintenance of a gift register by an entity and further an inclusion of a donation register.
