Cherarkey, that Clause 2, which we dealt with yesterday, made reference to this particular definition of what family or relative is. Clause 18 makes reference to that. I submitted that we go as per the report that has been placed in the Order Paper. There is nothing outside this Report that I have said. Remember the definition was dealt with in Clause 2, which is the position that the Committee took."
