    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, every time I go to my constituency, I get farmers who tell me: \"We cannot send our children to school and, yet our money is being held by this Pyrethrum Board of Kenya. What are you doing about it, as our Member of Parliament?\" This is why the Government should come in and give a grant to the Pyrethrum Board of Kenya, so that it can pay farmers. In turn, farmers will be able to educate their children and even feel motivated to grow more acreage of pyrethrum."
