    "content": "I wish there was a law that gives Assistant Ministers power to appoint boards, and you would have seen the kinds of boards that we can appoint. Unfortunately, we do not have that power. We only see those appointments in the newspapers. It is important that there is full consultation when those new board members are appointed, so that competent people, and people with an interest in the industry are appointed."
