    "content": "To trace the history of this country in the recent days from the NARC Government that was elected in 2002 to the present Grand Coalition Government, they were both elected on platforms of zero tolerance to corruption. Yet the corruption that has taken root in both administrations is truly shocking. For something like this to have happened--- It is something that this House, and the nation, must take seriously and ensure that the recommendations that have been made by that Committee are not just adopted by this House but are followed up. This will ensure that whoever was responsible for the loss of the over Kshs3 billion is prosecuted and made to account to the farmers of this country."
