It is a situation that we need to look into very keenly. When you look at the problems of the pyrethrum farmer, right from the high cost of production; when you look at the prices, as Mr. M. Kilonzo has shown us in this Report, the reward that the farmer gets is not equivalent to the suffering that he is goes through to produce. To produce and not get anything out of your produce, and to have your sweat benefiting other people is a serious matter."
