We must do something by amending Cap.340; this will liberalise that market, give hope to the pyrethrum farmer and tighten nuts, particularly in the parastatals in this country that are managing our very crucial sectors of agriculture. Whether it is the PBK, the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) or any other board, something needs to be done and done in a hurry. That is why, as a House, we wish to support the adoption of this Report and urge that action be taken against the beneficiaries of the Kshs3 billion."
