There is also an additional Kshs1.5 billion in pending sales. Where has that gone? Do you, honestly, think you are going to entrust the Ministry of Agriculture, if the Ministry is not even bothered by the Report of the Departmental Committee that supervises it? I do not see anybody from the Ministry of Agriculture here. Do we expect the Government to go ahead and do anything about this Report?"
