    "content": "We need to sort this out. The county assemblies should be properly funded for them to perform their primary oversight duties. This message was given to me, formally by Members of my County Assembly. They appeared before the Committee. I know that the Committee has looked at them favorably, but that is not enough. What the County Assembly of Tana River has said is that they want more allocation for them to carry out primary oversight duties. I am sure it is not just the Tana River County Assembly committees. There are many other committees that are having issues with funding, so that they can do the primary oversight duties.
