Cherarkey for the great input while seconding this very important Bill for this House at this critical time. I also thank Sen. Karen Nyamu, from Nairobi City County, where we both represent, for her great input, knowing very well Nairobi is really leading with pending bills. This Bill is very critical, not only to this great County of Nairobi City, but also cutting across to all the 47 counties. I also to appreciate the legend, none other than Sen.
