For those listening to us, because I know people are listening to us, apart from the equitable share the Senate passes, there is the Equalisation Fund. In the Constitution, the makers of it thought that there were parts of this country that had faced severe segregation in terms of funding and development. It used to be that in some parts of Kenya, people would enter their buses and say that they were going to Kenya.
