    "content": "Once investigated, any property that may have been acquired through dubious means must be confiscated and the money returned to the PBK. By this act, innocent farmers have been affected and more so, the education of their children. Again, university students, whose parents depend on farming, have been denied a chance to learn well. The image of the Government has been put in a very awkward position. Therefore, concerted efforts are required to correct this anomaly and give trust and confidence to the farmers in our country."
