(2) Are there plans to install lighting at the Kibarani-Changamwe Interchange in Mombasa County, to enhance security and vision for motorists at night? (3) When does the Government plan to commence the construction of a second bridge linking Mombasa Island to the North Coast mainland, to ease traffic congestion?"
