    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, eight years ago I had the opportunity to serve as the Minister for Agriculture and I know that within a very short time, we were able to turn the fortunes of pyrethrum producers in this country to a level where with very little investments, we were able to improve production from a low of 3,000 tonnes to as much as 9,000 tonnes in a space of less than a year. I, therefore, know that there is potential in this area."
