    "content": "There is an invitation that was made here in the morning by the Cabinet Secretary, Hon. Chirchir, a person whom I respect greatly. He wanted to spend some time to explain to me the plans of the Ministry. I will politely decline that invitation. I have become very averse to conversations that are held in private.
