    "content": "Still on Homa Bay County, Suba South will get Kshs53 million; Suba North will get Kshs29 million and Ndhiwa, which is my constituency, will get Kshs120 million. I do not support just because it is my constituency. It is because of the difficulties that our people have. Right now, there are rains in Ndhiwa Constituency. You can hardly get a good road other than the tarmacked road that we use to move from Rodi Kopani in Homa Bay Town Constituency to Sori. Any other road beyond that tarmacked road is not motorable."
