    "content": "(b) Cases of stock theft in the area are not rampant and the security agencies are in control of the situation. The Anti-Stock Theft Unit is normally deployed where incidents of cattle theft cannot be controlled by the regular and the Administration Police. The Mutito cattle rustling cases are still under control. However, the Government has opened Mutito Police Station and provided two vehicles, namely, GKA 352 and GKA 736F to boost security in the area."
